The kitchen is equipped with cooking facilities including induction cooktop, large oven, and double fridge/freezer combo with water cooler. The large double sink includes a water filter. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, glassware and serving dishes.

The house sits on a quiet street, walking distance to Mantarays, Town Beach and the Boat Ramp. And if you don't feel like going far to fish, you can drop a line in the canals.

The property backs onto the harbour popular for boating, jetskiing and fishing. Ningaloo Reef and the Cape Range National Park are driving distance.
